Step 1: Export the chat from your phone to Google Drive
Step 2: Download the chat generated in Step 1 from your PC
Once you have the WhatsApp chat download in iCloud Drive, the next step is to download it to your computer.
FIRST: Go to iCloud Drive and locate the ZIP file where you saved the chat in the previous step. Right-click on it and select “Download a copy“.
SECOND: A ZIP file will be downloaded to the default Downloads folder on your computer.
